Returns
We only accept returns if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The product has not been opened or used
Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned unused and unopened
- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase and product photos may be required
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
