Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product has not been opened or used

Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned unused and unopened
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Proof of purchase and product photos may be required

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged or Defective Products
